Claire Quadling – Psychic Medium Readings & Bookings
1. Payments
All payments for private readings, group sessions, and events are non‑refundable.
Full payment for private readings and group bookings must be made before or at the time of the appointment, depending on the booking method.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If Claire needs to change the date of your reading or event, an alternative date will be offered.
If Claire must cancel and you are unable to attend the alternative date, you will receive a refund.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, it is your responsibility to notify us as soon as possible so your slot can be offered to someone else.
3. No‑Show Policy
Anyone who fails to attend a private reading without prior notice will lose their payment.
If you have paid in full and do not attend your appointment without notifying us, the payment will be retained.
If you wish to rebook after a missed appointment, the payment previously made will be used.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of respect for other clients.
The full fee still applies.
5. Group Events
Payments for group events, demonstrations, or gatherings are non‑refundable.
If Claire must reschedule, an alternative date will be offered. If you cannot attend the new date, your payment will be refunded.
6. Disclaimer
All readings, demonstrations, and mediumship sessions are experimental in nature.
Claire does not guarantee specific outcomes, connections, or results.
All services are offered for guidance, insight, and entertainment purposes only.
Clients must be 18 years or older, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
7. Client Responsibility
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.
Claire does not offer medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
